Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026. These terms are a product draft prepared by the operator, not by lawyers, and must be reviewed by qualified counsel for each jurisdiction where Likeality operates before launch. If you do not agree, do not use Likeality.

1. Eligibility and account security

Likeality is for adults aged 18 and over, without exception. You must provide truthful information including an accurate date of birth, maintain one account unless we authorize otherwise, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. We may require additional age or identity assurance, suspend access while reviewing it, and refuse service where lawful.

Declaring an age under 18 permanently closes the account. Where a jurisdiction requires a specific standard of age assurance for access to adult material, we may require it as a condition of continued access, and may restrict or withdraw the service in places where we cannot meet that standard.

2. Platform role and user responsibility

Likeality provides communication and discovery tools; it is not a dating agency, background-check service, emergency service, medical provider, therapist, or guarantor of any member. We do not verify every statement, photograph, relationship, intention, or offline identity. You are responsible for your decisions, communications, uploads, and meetings, including reasonable safety planning and consent.

3. Consent, safety, and prohibited conduct

You may not harass, threaten, stalk, dox, impersonate, exploit, extort, discriminate against, or contact someone after they withdraw consent. Never share intimate material without the depicted person’s informed permission. Illegal sexual content, exploitation of minors, trafficking, non-consensual sexual content, fraud, malware, spam, scraping, credential abuse, and attempts to evade moderation are prohibited. We may preserve evidence and report suspected illegal conduct to competent authorities where appropriate or required.

4. Child safety — zero tolerance

Sexual content involving anyone under 18, and any attempt to solicit, groom, or traffic a minor, is absolutely prohibited and is not subject to any warning, strike, or appeal. Accounts are terminated immediately. We preserve the associated records and report to law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent authority in the relevant jurisdiction, as permitted or required by law.

Report suspected child sexual abuse material to childsafety@likeality.com. Reports are prioritised above all other queues. In an emergency, contact local law enforcement first.

Our automated scanning classifies imagery for adult content. It is not, and is not represented as, a detector of illegal material. Human review and member reports remain essential, and nothing in our tooling reduces your obligation not to upload unlawful content.

5. Intimate imagery and consent

You may only share intimate images of a person who has given informed, current permission for that specific sharing. Permission to receive an image is not permission to redistribute it. Sharing, threatening to share, or demanding payment in exchange for not sharing intimate images without consent is prohibited, is grounds for immediate termination, and is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions.

If an intimate image of you has been shared without your consent, write to safety@likeality.com. We will remove it and act on the account, and we will not require you to prove ownership of your own body before doing so.

6. Records and adult content

Likeality does not produce, commission, direct, or pay for sexually explicit content. All content is created and uploaded by members. To the extent 18 U.S.C. §2257 and its regulations apply, Likeality is a provider of interactive computer services and asserts the exemption available to entities that transmit content created by third parties. Members remain responsible for compliance with the law where they are.

7. Content and limited license

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Likeality a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, moderate, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service, subject to your settings and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. We may remove, restrict, or delete content without notice when safety, legal, or operational considerations require it.

8. Verification and moderation

Verification is an eligibility and safety signal, not a guarantee of character, identity, age, consent, or offline conduct. Automated tools and human reviewers can be wrong. We may delay, reject, revoke, limit, or repeat verification; suspend accounts; remove content; restrict features; and preserve moderation records. Appeals, where offered, do not guarantee reinstatement.

9. Privacy, deletion, and retention

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, sharing, security, account deletion, and retention. Deletion removes personal account content subject to technical delays, backups, fraud prevention, legal holds, dispute resolution, and safety records that are minimized and de-identified where possible.

10. Payments, premium, and refunds

Likeality+ is sold as a one-off purchase for a fixed period. It does not renew automatically and no recurring mandate is created; when the period ends, access simply reverts. Boosts are consumable and are spent when applied.

You are charged in the currency shown at checkout, which is determined by where you appear to be. Payments are processed by third-party providers — Razorpay for payments in Indian rupees, PayPal elsewhere — under their own terms; Likeality does not receive or store your card details. The business shown to you at checkout is the registered merchant of record.

Safety and verification features are never sold, degraded, delayed, or placed behind payment. Premium sells reach and convenience only. See the Refunds Policy for cancellation and refund rights, which apply in addition to any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

11. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, for conduct that endangers other members, or where required by law. Except for child-safety terminations, which are final, we will tell you the reason where we lawfully can and offer a route to contest the decision at appeals@likeality.com. A human, not an automated system, decides an appeal.

12. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms; continued use after an effective date means you accept the updated terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

13. Disclaimers and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Likeality disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for user conduct, offline meetings, user content, unauthorized access, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights or intentional wrongdoing.

14. Indemnity and contact

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Likeality and its personnel against claims arising from your breach, unlawful conduct, content, or use of the service. Send legal notices to legal@likeality.com. Jurisdiction-specific dispute, consumer, privacy, and intermediary provisions will be added after counsel review.
