Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026. Likeality is operated by Foundational Creations. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments; we never see or store your card details.

What you are paying for

Likeality Premium is a recurring subscription that unlocks optional convenience features. Safety and verification features are never behind Premium and are available to every member at no cost.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Premium features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods.

Refunds

• If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after a cancellation took effect — we refund it in full.
• If Premium features were unavailable for a sustained period due to a fault on our side, we refund the affected period.
• If you request a refund within 7 days of your first Premium purchase and have not substantially used the paid features, we refund it in full.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cashfree typically settles refunds within 5–7 business days, though your bank may take longer.

Account termination

If we suspend or terminate an account for breaching our Acceptable Use Policy, unused paid time is not refunded. If we close an account for a reason unrelated to your conduct, we refund the unused period.

Email support@likeality.com from your registered address with the order reference shown on your receipt. We respond within 3 business days.
